Robert Karr, MD: Bob is the former Senior VP of R&D Strategy at Pfizer. Prior to its merger with Pfizer, he served as Vice President, R&D for Warner-Lambert Company. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of GTx, Inc, and Idera Pharmaceuticals. He also served as a faculty member at Washington University School of Medicine.

John Leonard, MD: John is the Senior VP of Pharmaceutical R&D at Abbott Labs. He joined Abbott in 1992 as head of antiviral drug development and has since held increasing positions of responsibility. John is one of the pioneers of modern HIV therapeutics and has published extensively on HIV drugs and their development. He serves on the Science and Regulatory Affairs committee of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturing Association (PhRMA) and on the board of directors of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO).

John McCall, PhD: John is the former Global VP of R&D at Pfizer. Prior to that he was VP and Global Head of Chemistry for both Pharmacia and Pharmacia & Upjohn. Currently he co-chairs a National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) translation research review committee, chairs a NINDS development team in the spinal muscular atrophy area, and is a study member at NIH. He has 53 patents and over 60 refereed publications.
